About the job Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist the Project Manager or Site Manager in all site matters.
• To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring project progression and supervising the work of the contractors.
• Control and update of construction drawings to all team members and sub-contractors during the progress of work.
• Facilitates architecture and structure reviews and be in charge of quality, cost and delivery of projects.
• Work with consultants, contractors and suppliers to execute the works in an effective and efficient manner.
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with consultants, architects, clients, sub-contractor and workers.
• Assist the Project Manager to liaise with the authorities for the smooth implementation of works.
• Coordinate on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant main construction experience.
• Exposure to high-rise buildings is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
• Required skill(s): MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office.
